Since joining her first presidential campaign in 2012, Aisha has dedicated her career to supporting conscientious leaders who prioritize equitable, common-sense policy solutions in service of others.
She enjoys leveraging her expertise—from raising funds for high-profile legislative races to briefing lawmakers for committee hearings—to help LEE members create more just, equitable, and inclusive communities.

Director of Digital StrategyEJ provides comprehensive digital and design support to help empower campaigns, tell powerful stories, and drive positive change through innovative visual communication.
They are an expert in developing cohesive branding strategies, creating eye-catching logos, designing print materials, and building user-friendly websites.
EJ’s political work began in 2014 when they helped elect the first Latina to the Texas State Board of Education, joined Battleground Texas, and worked on Wendy Davis’ gubernatorial campaign. EJ is also a freelance photographer and cinematographer. EJ resides in Los Angeles with their wife and two cats.

Director of Candidate Development & CoachingHenry has worked for gigantic and hyper-local campaigns and loves helping candidates tell their stories.
His passions are organizing and storytelling. He helped design a native advertising program during the 2018 Midterms. He was an advisor on a memoir-turned-short film about LGBTQ life in 1990s Ft. Collins and assisted with crisis communications for a UK MP during Brexit negotiations.
He also served as a credentialed photojournalist and helped bring decentralized governance to movement organizations. He currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.

She is an expert in empowering candidates with the knowledge and confidence to reach their most beneficial and impactful voter universe. Samantha navigates county election archives to predict candidate turnout and win numbers and provide training on voter file databases.
Prior to working at LEE, Samantha was the Data Director for Mi Familia Vota, where she tracked and analyzed voter registration and Get Out the Vote efforts across 6 states. Samantha enjoys spending time in nature with her loved ones and chihuahuas in Tucson, Arizona.

He spearheads logistics management for candidate-specific training programs, equipping leaders with essential skills and fostering professional growth.
Filiberto has years of experience in high-profile campaigns such as Biden for President and Kamala Harris For the People. Committed to uplifting marginalized communities, he co-founded Eastern Coachella Valley for Change, a nonprofit focused on advocacy and community empowerment through education.

He is an expert in campaigns, government, and community organizations. He worked on the 2008 and 2012 Obama Campaigns and then focused on national organizing for Everytown For Gun Safety/Moms Demand Action.
Mike launched and ran GetCoveredNYC, a Citywide outreach program for NYC Mayor de Blasio's office. Originally from Delaware, he now resides in New Jersey with his wife and two kids.

Director of Campaign FundraisingLiz has spent over a decade working on state and federal campaigns and at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee before joining LEE.
She has written and implemented campaign finance plans, organized fundraisers with high profile surrogates, designed digital and direct mail programs, and oversaw PAC and Labor outreach.
Liz works with candidates to develop their fundraising skills so they can speak confidently to donors, make a hard ask, and tell their story in a compelling and effective manner. Liz resides in Central New York with her husband, son, and two dogs.
